A $499 deposit holds your room at Biohacking Offline. It forms part of your room price and is not an extra fee.

The rest in two payments. Embod sends the second payment link within a day of your deposit (due by 25 September 2026, or 14 days after you book if that is later) and the final balance link, due by Friday 9 October 2026. Bookings made after 25 September pay the deposit now and the full balance by 9 October.

Room totals: The Hideaway $1,999. The Signature $2,499. The Sanctuary $3,499. Second guest $999 (Hideaway or Signature) or $1,499 (Sanctuary).
