Online checkout takes payment in full. If you would prefer to secure your room with the deposit shown below, email Embod before booking. Your remaining balance will be due by 17 September 2026.
Deposit bookings must be arranged with Embod before you book. The deposit forms part of the total retreat price; it is not an extra fee. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment has cleared and Embod has emailed your confirmation.
Your booking must be paid in full by 17 September 2026. Embod will send the balance payment link before it is due. Bookings made on or after 17 September 2026 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please email Embod as soon as possible. If you cancel for change of mind on or before 21 September 2026, we will refund all retreat payments you have made. From 22 September 2026, a full change-of-mind refund is not available. Any partial refund will take into account the reasonable, unrecoverable costs already committed to your booking and whether we can refill your room. If your room is rebooked, we will refund the amount you paid less any reasonable administration and third-party costs that cannot be recovered. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the balance is not received by the due date, Embod will contact you and allow seven days to complete payment. If it remains unpaid, we may release the room and apply the cancellation terms above.
If Embod cancels the retreat, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid to Embod or transfer that amount to a new retreat date. If the retreat must be postponed, we will explain the new date and your options. Embod is not responsible for separate travel or other expenses, except where the law requires otherwise, so we strongly recommend suitable travel insurance.

Biohacking Offline is a two-night retreat by Embod from 23 to 25 October 2026 at a private property in the Byron Bay hinterland. Your booking is for the room option and number of guests shown at checkout.
The room price includes two nights of accommodation, nourishing meals, all included activities and workshops, the Signature Intention Scent workshop and full access to Embod in Residence throughout the weekend for one guest. Any optional extra will be clearly described and priced before you choose it.
A second guest can be added to a smaller or king room for $999, or to the master room for $1,499. The additional guest must stay in the room attached to the original booking and cannot be purchased on its own.
The property name, exact address and arrival information will be sent privately to confirmed guests before the retreat. Travel to and from the property is not included unless Embod confirms otherwise in writing.
The final running order and exact mix of guided experiences may change. If Embod needs to make a material change to the retreat you booked, we will contact you as soon as possible and explain the options available.
Biohacking Offline is a wellbeing retreat, not medical care. Please contact Embod before booking if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, have an implanted electrical device, take photosensitising medication or have questions about whether an Embod treatment may be suitable for you. You may choose not to participate in an activity.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
