Warm wooden rollers apply rhythmic pressure from feet to shoulders while you move through a guided 17-position program. Choose a comfortable pace and experience a deep, energising full-body massage.
You control how much pressure you place onto the rollers. We show you every position, help with the settings and stay close if you need us.

You are shown to your roller and talked through the program. Nothing to figure out on your own.
Step two
The program
A guided 17-position sequence takes you along the body, one area at a time, at a pace that feels good. Warm infrared runs through the rollers the whole way.
Step three
Finish the full treatment
Forty-five minutes later, the guided program is complete. We check in with you and help you plan another visit only if you want one.

Just after one treatment?
No need to buy ahead. Text the studio, we will find you a time, and you settle up after in studio.
What the treatment actually feels like.
- Warm wooden rollers moving underneath you.
- Firm, rhythmic pressure that you control with your position.
- A guided sequence covering the body from feet to shoulders.
- Forty-five minutes with no equipment to adjust by yourself.
What to wear and where to park.
- Wear fitted activewear. It makes the rollers work better and you more comfortable.
- Bring socks. They are worn throughout the treatment.
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can settle you in.
- Free street parking on Overend Street on weekends. Metered Monday to Friday.
Questions before your first Body Roll.
What does it actually feel like?
Warm, firm and rhythmic. You control how much body weight you place onto the rollers, and we can adjust the speed with you.
How often can I come?
Some clients come occasionally and others build Body Roll into a regular routine. We can talk through timing after your first treatment without asking you to commit to a treatment pack.
Do the treatment packs cover LED too?
Yes. Your treatment credits work across body roll and LED, however you like to use them.
What should I wear?
Fitted activewear is ideal. It helps the rollers make good contact and keeps you comfortable.
Can I come while pregnant or after surgery?
Please check with your treating clinician before booking, then contact us at studio@embod.com.au so we can discuss the equipment and treatment setup with you.

Terms.
- Treatment packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
- Intro offers are for first-time guests, one per person.
- All bookings require a pass or deposit on file.
- Please give 12 hours notice to change or cancel a booking.
- Prices include GST.
