What happens in the 2.5-hour experience?
We guide the rotation, set up each station and show you what to do before you use it. Every guest moves through all six treatments.
The six treatments
Open each treatment for the practical version of what happens. No mysterious wellness riddles required.
PEMF
Pulsed electromagnetic field equipment with built-in infrared. We set it up and explain the controls before you begin.
Body Roll
Warm wooden rollers apply rhythmic pressure while we guide you through the positions.
LED and infrared
A full-body LED and infrared treatment. We provide eye protection and set everything up for you.
EMS
The machine creates repeated muscle contractions. We set the level and talk you through what you’ll feel.
VisBODY scan
A five-minute scan with a personalised report covering body composition, posture, measurements and joint flexibility. It is not a medical diagnosis.
Compression boots
The boots inflate and release in sequence from feet to thighs. We adjust the pressure with you.
Build your own loaded hydration drink
We’re building a drinks cart so you can make your own drink during the event. You’ll need to pre-select your hydration flavour before the day.
One drink is included with every ticket.Before you book
- Arrive 10 minutes before your start time.
- Wear fitted activewear and clean socks.
- Bring a water bottle.
- Every guest needs their own ticket.
- Street parking around the studio is generally free on weekends. Check the signs where you park.
- Storage inside the studio is limited, so please leave large bags at home where you can.
A few things people usually ask
Can I transfer or refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Email studio@embod.com.au before the event so we can update the attendee name.
What if I have a health condition?
Contact studio@embod.com.au before buying so the team can provide equipment information. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have an implanted electrical device, take photosensitising medication or have a relevant health condition, check with your treating clinician before buying.
Does everyone use every treatment?
Yes. We guide the rotation so every guest moves through all six treatments during the 2.5 hours.
