You lie down. We handle the setup.
The full-body bed uses LED and infrared light for 20 minutes. We set the treatment, provide eye protection and let you know when it is finished.
Book it on its own or use a Body Roll and LED treatment credit. If you take photosensitising medication or have concerns about light exposure, check with your clinician before booking.

You are shown to the bed and made comfortable. Eyes closed, or not, up to you.

Rest in the light
Warm LED and infrared surround you for twenty minutes. Most people drift somewhere between awake and asleep.

We let you know when the 20 minutes are complete and open the bed for you.

What is it like?
Warm, bright, and still. You lie back with eye protection while the LED panels surround the body.
What precautions apply to the LED bed?
We explain the setup and eye protection before you begin. If you have a health condition, take photosensitising medication, or have concerns about light exposure, check with your clinician and contact us before booking.
How often can I come?
Some clients book LED occasionally and others use it regularly. We can discuss timing after your first treatment without asking you to commit to a treatment pack.
Can I add it to a body roll?
Absolutely. Many clients pair the two, and treatment credits cover both.
What happens after the treatment?
The treatment has no scheduled downtime, so you can usually return to your day when the 20 minutes are up.

The fine print
Terms.
- Treatment packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
- Intro offers are for first-time guests, one per person.
- All bookings require a pass or deposit on file.
- Please give 12 hours notice to change or cancel a booking.
- Prices include GST.
