What it is
A workout your muscles cannot do alone.
Body sculpting pairs two things in one treatment. Electromagnetic energy contracts the muscle far more deeply than movement ever could, while radio frequency warms and works the tissue at the same time. You lie still through all of it, curious more than anything.
Clients use it to tone, firm, and define, on its own or paired with a body roll for the full Embod reset. No effort in the moment, no recovery after.

We place the applicator over the area you want to work and set the level to suit you.

Over thirty minutes it moves through around thirty thousand contractions, with radio frequency warmth running through the whole time. Strong, rhythmic, and oddly satisfying.

Does it hurt?
No. It builds to a strong, rhythmic contraction that most people find satisfying rather than uncomfortable. We set the level with you.
What does the radio frequency do?
It runs warmth through the tissue while the muscle contracts, so the treatment works to firm and define at the same time as it tones. You feel it as a gentle heat.
Will I be sore after?
You might feel worked, the way you would after training, but nothing that stops your day.
How many treatments will I need?
Sculpting rewards consistency. Most clients start with the 4 pack and build from there, or go straight to the 8 for results.
Can I pair it with a body roll?
Yes. Roll & Sculpt and the Whole Body Reset are built for exactly that.
