Our Story
Embod was created with a simple idea: wellness should be accessible, effective, and grounded in real technology. Based at 8/45 Wellington Road in East Brisbane, we combine advanced equipment with professional guidance to deliver experiences you can feel the difference from.
Every service we offer is non-invasive, requires no downtime, and is designed to complement your existing routine. Whether you're recovering from training, looking after your body, or simply want to feel better, there's a session for you.
