Body Roll
Warm wooden rollers apply rhythmic pressure while you move through a guided sequence of positions.
Compression boots + LED face mask
The boots inflate and deflate in sequence. We set the pressure with you and fit the LED face mask.
PEMF mat + full-body LED
Lie on the PEMF mat beneath the warm full-body LED panel while a guided meditation plays.

Wear fitted activewear and clean socks. Arrive 5 minutes before your experience time so we can explain the sequence.
Each ticket is for one dated experience and is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have an implanted electronic device, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, take photosensitising medication or have another relevant health condition, contact studio@embod.com.au before buying so we can give you the equipment information to discuss with your treating clinician.
