Where is Embod located?

We're at 8/45 Wellington Road, East Brisbane QLD 4169. The studio is in a quiet complex with easy access from the CBD, Woolloongabba, and Kangaroo Point.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Saturday. Check our booking page for current availability, or contact us directly for specific times.

How do I book a session?

You can book online through Fresha or purchase a session pack through our online store and schedule your sessions afterwards.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is free parking available at the complex. Street parking is also available on Wellington Road.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Arrive 5 minutes early so your therapist can walk you through the process and answer any questions. No special preparation is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

Do I need a referral or medical clearance?

No referral is needed for any of our services. If you have specific health concerns, let your therapist know at the start of your session so they can tailor the experience.

What does the LED bed do?

The full-body LED bed uses non-invasive light technology while you relax. Sessions are 20 to 30 minutes. Many clients use it as a reset during a busy week.

How many LED sessions do I need?

Most clients notice a real difference after several sessions. We recommend starting with a 5-pack to build consistency, then continuing with a 10 or 20-pack if you enjoy the results.

Is LED therapy safe?

Yes. LED therapy is non-invasive, painless, and requires no downtime. The technology has been widely used in wellness and clinical settings for years.

What is body roll massage?

The body roll machine uses wooden rollers with infrared warmth to deliver a deep, rhythmic massage. It supports circulation, eases muscle tension, and most clients find it both invigorating and relaxing.

What should I wear for a body roll session?

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing like leggings and a fitted top. Loose clothing can get caught in the rollers, so snug-fitting activewear works best.

How often should I do body roll sessions?

For the best results, we recommend 1 to 3 sessions per week. Regular sessions help you get the most from the treatment. Our 10 and 20-packs are designed for ongoing routines.

How does muscle sculpting work?

HIEMT (High-Intensity Electromagnetic Technology) triggers thousands of muscle contractions during each session. It targets muscles in ways that voluntary exercise can't easily replicate.

Which areas can be targeted?

Common treatment areas include abs, glutes, arms, and legs. Your therapist will help you choose the best area based on your goals.

What does a sculpting session feel like?

You'll feel intense muscle contractions, similar to a very focused workout. It's not painful, but it is intense. There's no downtime afterwards.

What does the VisBODY scanner measure?

The VisBODY 3D scanner captures your full body in seconds, providing measurements, posture analysis, and body composition data. You'll receive a digital report you can track over time.

What is compression boot therapy?

Sequential pneumatic compression for your legs. The boots inflate and deflate in a wave-like pattern from feet to thighs, supporting circulation and recovery. Sessions are 30 minutes.

What is Bio Renew?

A revitalising wellness session designed to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. It combines targeted techniques to support your body's natural processes. Ask at booking for full details.

Do session packs expire?

Yes. 5-packs are valid for 3 months, 10-packs for 6 months, and 20-packs for 9 months from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of flexibility to schedule sessions.

Can I share my pack with someone else?

Packs are for individual use only. If you'd like to gift a session, we offer individual session bookings and intro offers that make great gifts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online store. In-studio payments can also be made via card or mobile payment.

Do you offer refunds?

Session packs are non-refundable but can be used for any session within the validity period. Please contact us if you have special circumstances.
