Winter Glow Pass Terms
The Winter Glow Pass is a limited seasonal offer from Embod. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
What you get
- The Winter Glow Pass gives you unlimited lymphatic body roll massage and unlimited full-body LED at Embod, 8/45 Wellington Rd, East Brisbane QLD 4169.
- The pass is valid for three months from the date of purchase. It cannot be paused, frozen, or extended.
- The pass is $1,111, inclusive of GST.
How you use it
- You may book one body roll and one LED per calendar day (a maximum of two bookings per day).
- All bookings are subject to availability and to our normal studio operating hours. We recommend booking ahead for popular times.
- Bookings are made through our booking system. Your access continues without interruption if our booking system changes during the pass period.
- The pass covers body roll and full-body LED only. It does not include muscle sculpting (HIEMT), compression therapy, VisBODY scans, Wellness Flows ticketed experiences, or any special event.
Cancellations and attendance
- Our studio cancellation policy applies to every booking made on the pass. We ask for at least 12 hours notice if you cannot attend, so the spot can go to someone else. A late cancellation (less than 12 hours notice) incurs a $30 fee, and a no-show incurs a $60 fee. This cancellation policy is current at the time of writing and is subject to change at our discretion.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in your pass being suspended or cancelled.
One person, one pass
- The pass is for one named person. It is non-transferable and may not be shared, lent, or used by anyone other than the holder. We may verify identity at check-in.
Refunds
- The pass is non-refundable.
Availability
- Only 25 Winter Glow Passes are available. The offer closes on 30 June 2026, or earlier if all passes sell out.
Our rights
- Embod reserves the right to suspend or cancel a pass, without refund, where the holder breaches these terms. This includes exceeding the daily booking limit, sharing or transferring the pass, repeated no-shows, or conduct that affects our team or other clients.
- The booking experience, including studio hours, treatment availability, our booking system, and the cancellation policy, is subject to change at our discretion. Embod may also adjust these terms where reasonably necessary. Where we make a material change that affects pass holders, we will let you know.
